Through our sister company Furniture Group Manufacturing, our manufacturing capability covers a very diverse and wide range of products from the finest piece of bespoke furniture and joinery to quality melamine budget products.
Due to our diverse manufacturing capabilities, our machinery also has to be diverse. Our in-house manufacturing facilities encompass a wide range of equipment for the types of diverse manufacture that we cover. Machining includes the latest CNC technology providing and guaranteeing speed and accuracy in manufacture, edge banding, veneer cutting, stitching, pressing and sanding, laminate pressing and large vacuum pressing for large and small curved/shaped panels. We have a fully equipped spray shop allowing us to produce excellent finishes including clear lacquer, coloured lacquer, high gloss burnished finishes, French polishing, staining and coloured backed glass.
Our manufacturing facility extends outside of our own premises by way of well-established business partners that cover panel processing, bespoke metal fabrication, bespoke glass and Corian fabrication. Our philosophy of working with well-established partners allows us to respond to larger contracts without taking on extra overheads which in turn keeps overheads to a minimum and makes us very competitive on price.
We provide an expert FF&E procurement service for all types of projects from retail shops to offices, university colleges to dental surgeries. We have built up a strong relationship with a wide range of contract suppliers.
Our in depth knowledge of technical specifications is key to ensuring that what is procured is consistent with the project, relevant branding standards and design. Equally, a robust FF&E procurement methodology and understanding of the supplier market place is crucial to achieving value for money and taking out the risks within any project.
